• Guest Services: Greet guests as they arrive/depart. Provide a friendly and professional interaction. Assist with guest requests and check-ins as needed. Drive guests safely to their designated locations.
• Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about the establishment's services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Department Coordination: Communicate tasks and concerns with the resort’s other departments. Report incidents to the Front Desk. Ensure each employee is well informed of workloads from previous or upcoming days.
• Security: Patrol the resort’s premises. Monitor the entry/exit areas. Maintain the safety of the property and the guest/staff.
• Other: Staff drop offs. Delivering documents to various offices. Running errands as needed. Maintaining the resort’s vehicles in proper condition.

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Technical Proficiency: Valid Driver’s license. Upholds the standards of driving with experience.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while handling various responsibilities
